For instance:  If you're feeling: Sluggish, lethargic, stagnant Practice:  The dynamic and energizing Prana Flow pranams for kapha. If you're feeling: Agitated or aggressive Practice:  The calming, heart-centered Prana Flow pranams for pitta.  If you're feeling:  Spacey, airy, like your head is in the clouds Practice: The deeply relaxing Prana Flow pranams for vata.
