In this course that’s designed to help you break through burnout, Gloria invites you to take a look at the current challenges you’re facing and shares how kundalini practices can help you build strength and confidence and renew your energy and feelings of self-love. You’ll learn breath of fire and abdominal-strengthening exercises to activate your third chakra (the chakra that’s connected to self-esteem and the power of transformation) and about the power of daily meditation.

After a short introduction, there’s a 60-minute kundalini practice to ignite your inner fire. You’ll strengthen your core from a range of positions, including seated, squats, plank variations, and lunges. You also do standing leg-strengthening work, seated arm-strengthening movements, shoulder-activation exercises, and more. Along the way, Gloria offers you variations so you can work at a level that’s right for you.

Section 1
  • In this introduction, Gloria discusses what happens mentally and physically when we are out of sync with ourselves and how we can prevent the burnout that can ensue from this state. She explains how listening to ourselves and doing third-chakra-focused kundalini practices can help us move out of stagnation and set ego-driven goals aside in order to access a deeper sense of purpose and more sustainable fulfillment. You’ll learn how breath of fire and stretch pose (an abdominal exercise) can help you activate your third chakra and feel energized and how meditation can support the breakthrough process.

  • In this practice, you’ll ignite your inner fire as you pair poses and movements with breath of fire and do core strengtheners from a wide range of positions, including seated, squats, plank variations, and lunges. You’ll also do supine and standing leg-strengthening work, seated arm-strengthening movements, shoulder-activation exercises, and more. Along the way, Gloria offers you variations so you can work at a level that’s right for you and gives you occasional breaks so you can rest and integrate the work you’ve done.
