In this experiential program, senior iRest teacher Stephanie Lopez offers four guided iRest yoga nidra practices designed to nurture resilience, ease, and inner calm.

Each session is grounded in iRest Yoga Nidra, a trauma-sensitive, evidence-based approach that helps regulate the nervous system and restore an inner sense of safety and wholeness. Through guided practice, you’re invited to experience the benefits directly.

You can practice in whatever position feels most supportive—lying down, seated, or standing. Each session creates space to meet sensations, thoughts, and emotions with compassion and curiosity, offering new ways to relate to pain and support well-being.
