  • Handstand aficionados: here's a practice just for you. Hop, jump, and puppy press into different handstand options in this super-charged 30-minute heat-building vinyasa class. This complete practice also includes fun, dynamic preps like donkey kicks, jump switches, and standing splits variations.
  • Unlock your hips and open your heart with this progressive yinyasa flow where you'll balance deep stretches with targeted strength work. The sequence peaks with wheel pose at the wall, then you'll wind down with legs up the wall variations before concluding in crocodile.
  • This energizing, whole-body vinyasa class is designed to inspire you to take up space in the world and make this life your own. The practice includes dynamic warm-ups that integrate empowering breathwork, heat-building standing poses enhanced by guided visualization, lunge twists, side-plank variations, balance-boosting poses (including eagle and side crow), and more.
