Join Cyndi Lee for this three-part mindfulness meditation program that culminates with a one-hour vinyasa class.
There are three sessions in the program. In the first one, you’ll learn all about what mindfulness meditation is and do short, seated, mindfulness practices. Along the way, Cyndi shares illuminating meditation teachings and gives you insight into how to use mindfulness to cultivate more equanimity in daily life.
In the second session, you’ll do a walking meditation, learn about some of the obstacles students come across in seated meditation, get helpful tips for how to address these challenges, and more.
The third session is an alignment-focused vinyasa practice where you’ll explore foundational yoga poses in depth before concluding with a guided savasana and meditation.
Enjoy this opportunity to learn, to explore, and to receive the myriad benefits mindfulness meditation can offer you.
