Course Overview

In this 9 hour course, you’ll learn how to optimize your yoga practice, posture, and daily movement patterns to improve the health, structural integrity, and overall sustainability of your joints.

The practices in this course are categorized by body part, so you can easily find a tailored practice to meet your exact needs and area of focus. You'll learn specific techniques for increasing the strength, stability, and mobility of your ankles, knees, hips, SI joint, shoulders, elbows, and wrists as well as whole-body practices for addressing joint health.

These exercises can be practiced daily as part of a preventative wellness routine or in more acute situations to ease joint inflammation, achiness, pain, and stiffness.

Our expert instructors, such as Doug Keller, Rocky Heron, Nam Chanterrwyn, and more, bring their decades of functional anatomy and yoga knowledge to this in-depth course on long-term joint care.
