Section 1
  • Welcome!
  • In your first guided meditation, you’ll move your awareness through your body to become more present to the physical dimension of your being. Allow your awareness to move effortlessly as you’re guided, feeling your way instead of thinking your way through the practice.
Section 2
  • In your second guided meditation, you’ll gently engage and then relax different parts of your body to invite deep rest and restoration. Relax into your breath and feel tension dissolve away.
Section 3
  • In your third guided meditation, you’ll use a visualization technique to evoke emotions of love and joy from within. By inviting these emotions into your awareness, the intention is to reveal inner resources of love, care, and positivity, even when you may be feeling the opposite.
Section 4
  • In your fourth guided practice, you’ll call to mind an image of a mountain, using it to invite a strong sense of inner steadiness that you can come back to no matter what is happening in your life.
Section 5
  • In your fifth guided practice, you’ll visualize a color you find relaxing and use this imagery to cultivate connection with yourself and those in your community.
Section 6
  • In your sixth and final guided practice, a loving-kindness meditation, you’ll be invited to extend compassionate feelings to someone you love, someone you find challenging to be around, to yourself, and to all beings.
