  • Props: blanket In this engaging discussion and practice session, Cyndi shares mindfulness meditation teachings and principles with you. You’ll learn how to do the practice, hear some of the dharma teachings Cyndi has received from her teachers, and explore how mindfulness can support your emotional well-being in everyday life.
  • In the second session, you’ll apply the mindfulness teachings from the first session to walking in order to establish what Cyndi calls “continuity of awareness.” You’ll do a walking meditation, learn about some of the obstacles that can occur during seated meditation, get tips for how to get started with a regular seated practice, and more.
  • Props: bolster, blocks Explore mindfulness in a vinyasa practice. You’ll begin with kapalabhati (skull shining breath) and then move on to a breath- and alignment-focused sequence that includes seated shoulder openers and twists, plank to down dog transitions, a warrior ll flow, baddha konasana (bound angle pose), boat pose, and reclined twists. Throughout the class, Cyndi offers you lots of visual cues and weaves in teachings from the previous sessions to help you embody the poses with clarity and integrity. Course Overview

Join Cyndi Lee for this three-part mindfulness meditation program that culminates with a one-hour vinyasa class.

There are three sessions in the program. In the first one, you’ll learn all about what mindfulness meditation is and do short, seated mindfulness practices. Cyndi will share illuminating meditation teachings and give you insight into how to use mindfulness to cultivate more equanimity in daily life.

In the second session, you’ll do a walking meditation, learn about some of the obstacles students come across in seated meditation, get helpful tips for how to address these challenges, and more.

The third session is an alignment-focused vinyasa practice where you’ll explore foundational yoga poses in depth before concluding with a guided savasana and meditation.
