  • What is self-inquiry? Many of us have heard of this practice but haven’t received a lot of instruction on how to do it. In this introductory module, Rod explains several ways you can use yoga to better understand yourself. He also outlines the specific way you’ll practice self-inquiry in this program and how this particular approach can benefit you.
  • In this module, Rod begins by talking about the cause of suffering from a yogic perspective. He then shares a short self-inquiry practice you can use to look at a challenging circumstance in your life with more clarity and objectivity.
  • In this module, you’ll take the process of self-inquiry further. Rod shares how every experience has a root desire and leads you through a series of questions that you can use to trace an experience back to its root desire. He then invites you to engage in this process on your own to see what you uncover.
  • In this module, Rod helps you gain a clearer understanding of the source of your desire and shows you how to develop an action plan for fulfilling it.
  • In this final module, Rod re-affirms the importance of the practice of self-inquiry and explains how it can lead to more joy, clarity, and expansion in our lives.
