Course Overview

Become powerfully present with mantra. Derived from two sanskrit words–manas (mind) and tra (tool)-- mantra literally means "a tool for the mind."

Mantras can be a single Sanskrit word, a bija mantra (seed syllable), or a powerful combination of each. Spoken aloud or recited internally, repeated continuously or just sounded once, these sacred sounds help the mind become one-pointed, calming the nervous system and anchoring awareness to the here and now.

In this course, Steph Schwartz shares seven yogic chants to help you move through life with greater ease and grace. For each mantra, you’ll learn the Sanskrit words, their meanings, and the spiritual significance behind these powerful vibrations. Dedicate time to exploring each mantra–chanting along or just listening–allowing yourself to fully experience its unique qualities.
