  • Start your day well with this steady-paced, well-rounded practice to wake up your body and mind with kindness. Begin lying down in savasana, and then move into gentle grounded poses before standing up to build strength and energy. Close the practice with grounded backbends, twists, and finally savasana again. Come back to this practice each morning to support a great day! Props: 2 blocks (optional)
  • This yin yoga class is designed to stretch the lower back, sides of the body, and hamstrings. You'll practice half butterfly (or a variation of it) and a supine twist (or a variation of it) and then relax in savasana. Take this time to quiet your mind and ease into your day.
  • Break a sweat in a steady, sustainable way. Strong standing poses will get your leg muscles firing, before moving into seated twists, a little core work, a well-deserved savasana, and a brief seated meditation. Leave class feeling ready to tackle the rest of your day!
  • A guided audio meditation to wake up on the right side of the bed by setting a clear intention for the day to come. Visualize how you want each segment of the day to turn out before you move into action.
  • Begin your day with a foundation of gratitude. You'll playfully shake your body, then do sun salutations, and conclude with a serene meditation.
