High quality courses and classes with experienced and authentic instructors.

Course Overview

If you teach general yoga classes, it's important to know how to adapt poses for pregnancy. After all, you never know when a pregnant student is going to show up. And if you're pregnant, learning how to modify your practice will give you the tools you need to keep going to the classes you love.

Thankfully, this comprehensive program can offer both teachers and students a solid understanding of how to safely approach yoga during pregnancy. You'll not only get an overview of the "why" (benefits) and "how" (tips related to alignment and safety) of practicing yoga during pregnancy, you'll also explore three demo sequences that feature adapted practices for each trimester.

Learn how to maintain a strong and steady practice throughout your pregnancy, or if you're a teacher, help all of your students to feel confident and supported on the mat.
