Some days there is simply not enough time for a lengthy yoga practice. Rather than set yourself up for defeat, or skip yoga entirely, why not get on your mat for a shorter (yet still effective) sequence? We invite you to sign up for "The Busy Yogi Challenge: 5-Days of Short and Complete Practices."  Each day, for 5 days, you'll receive a complete 20-minute practice (emailed to you directly). You'll get something a little different each day, but nothing particularly flashy, showy, or fancy. The aim of this challenge  is to help you feel better in your body and more refreshed overall, both in asana and in daily life.

Section 1
  • This 20-minute morning sequence is designed to help you move into your day feeling refreshed. Class begins with a simple warm-up that will help you release tension and mobilize your hips, lower back, and upper back. Then you'll be guided through a series of sun salutations to energize you from the ground up. Enjoy!
Section 2
  • Find deep release in the upper body. This practice features a dynamic shoulder-opening supine twist, a lying Brettzel stretch, wall stretches, and a short yet sweet forward fold flow.
Section 3
  • This 20-minute practice will help you find length in all directions as you build foundational strength in lunge variations and classic standing poses. Unroll your mat and let's start!
Section 4
