Section 1
  • Welcome to the course! In this intro, Stephanie presents a brief overview of the history of the chakra systems, what they are, and how we’ll explore them going forward.
  • Ready for more? In this session, you'll deepen your knowledge of the chakras as we cover the basics of energy, including themes such as prana, nadis, and kundalini.
  • In this next session, Stephanie will guide you through what to expect in the practices, including guided visualizations, using bija (seed) mantras and other traditional tantric and western techniques.
  • How much do you know about the chakras? In this short lecture, you'll learn about these energy centers in more depth—including their Sanskrit names, locations, colors, visual images, accompanying affirmations and more.
  • It’s time to practice! Take a moment to turn inward with your first somatic meditation. You'll begin by mentally scanning through the energetic centers followed by invoking the seed sounds of each one and observing spontaneous, gentle movements that stimulate the spine and chakras.
  • In your second and final practice, you'll go even deeper in your experiential energetic experience . You'll begin with a wellbeing meditation followed by visual and sensory prompts, seed sounds, and core statements that will help you enter a profound state of awareness.
  • In this concluding session, Stephanie imparts her wisdom and offers her advice on how to continue practicing and weaving these themes into your life.

  • Discover how to achieve a state of yoga by harnessing prana through the practices of asana, pranayama, bandhas, and mudras.
  • Nurture a compassionate and embodied relationship with yourself through the practices of tantra. Explore techniques to enhance self-awareness in your daily life, including a method for fully processing your emotions and experiences, along with an exercise to enrich your sensory awareness.
  • Explore how to use the transformative power of goddess energy in your yoga practice to activate the divine feminine energy within.
  • According to the yoga tradition, we each possess five bodies, each comprised of increasingly subtle grades of energy. Learn about the five bodies, or koshas in Sanskrit, and explore practices to harmonize each of these layers of being.
  • Delve into the rich meaning and significance of yogic hand mudras, known as hasta mudras to unlock new dimensions of self-awareness, energy flow, and intention within your practice.
