Molly Birkholm

Molly Birkholm is a recognized leader in bringing yoga and meditation to military communities and treating trauma with yoga and meditation. She is the co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Warriors at Ease, a non-profit that develops yoga and meditation programs in military communities. In addition, Molly is the Director of Yoga Programming and Yoga Therapy for the Sivananda Yoga Retreat, an integral center of the largest yoga organization in the world. She also serves as the Director of Human Trafficking Relief for the Integrative Restoration Institute, a role that allows her to heal and train survivors of the sex trade to become iRest Yoga Nidra Teachers in India and the United States.
