Section 1
  • This yin yoga class features backbends and deep stretches for the quads and other hip flexors. You'll practice praying mantis, dragon pose, saddle (or sphinx), a gentle supine twist, and then conclude in savasana. Leave the mat feeling open, energized, and ready for your day.
Section 2
  • This yin yoga class is designed to stretch the lower back, sides of the body, and hamstrings. You'll practice half butterfly (or a variation of it) and a supine twist (or a variation of it) and then relax in savasana. Take this time to quiet your mind and ease into your day.
Section 3
  • This yin yoga class begins with kapalabhati (a warming breath practice), then moves into hip-opening forward folds. You'll practice square pose, a wide-legged forward fold, and child's pose, and then finish with a restful savasana. Use these inward-moving practices to clarify your mind and head into your day with more confidence.
Section 4
  • This yin yoga class is designed to release tension in your shoulders and ease lower back discomfort. You'll practice folded wings, starfish, seal (or sphinx), and a gentle supine twist, and then rest in savasana. Let these heart-opening poses elevate your mood so that you can start your day with positivity.
Section 5
  • This yin yoga class includes inner thigh and hamstring releasing forward folds. You'll practice waterbug pose, caterpillar pose, and a gentle supine twist, and then conclude in savasana. As you practice, Corina invites you to soften goal-oriented thinking and simply allow your experience to unfold.
