Each class begins with a warm-up and is followed by an easy-to-follow, feel-good sequence where you’ll learn a lot about the key benefits of the poses you’re doing. Larry offers you both traditional versions and variations of classic poses, like child’s pose, triangle, and warrior l, that you can further customize according to your body’s needs.
There are two general conditioning yoga classes for level 1, two general conditioning yoga classes for level 2, and a wall yoga class. The level 2 classes build on the skills from the level 1 classes and offer more challenge in terms of balance, core-strengthening, and movement. The wall class is a complete practice where you’ll experience the many beneficial ways that the wall can support you.
