Section 1
  • This functional movement class is all about joint mobility! You'll begin by isolating specific areas of the body (neck, shoulders, wrists, hands, hips, knees, and ankles) and then transition to bigger whole-body movements. Class winds down with gentle supine practices, savasana, and meditation.
Section 2
  • This functional mobility class is themed around lunging and squatting. You'll start with a centering exercise from standing, then you'll warm up the whole body before transitioning into a strengthening and mobilizing lower body practice. Class winds down with gentle supine practices, pranayama, and meditation.
Section 3
  • Find physical and mental equilibrium with this functional movement class. After a short warm-up, you'll move into a slow and steady sequence that includes back-and core-strengthening balance practices. Class winds down with gentle supine practices and meditation.
Section 4
  • This functional movement class mixes familiar vinyasa flows with atypical rocking and rolling practices. You'll move in creative ways and even go beyond the borders of your mat! Class winds down with gentle supine practices, savasana, and meditation.
Section 5
  • In this functional movement class, you'll work on jumping back to chaturanga in sun salutes and jumping back to chaturanga from crow. Class winds down with gentle supine practices, savasana, and meditation.
Section 6
  • In this functional movement class, you'll learn how to transition to standing without using your hands. You'll start with a centering exercise from easy pose and then explore a strengthening sequence that features several core-powered stand-up exercises. Class winds down with gentle supine practices, savasana, and meditation.
