Section 1
  • This 60-minute all-levels class is designed to help you connect with your inner sense of stability during the cool, windy months of fall. You'll do strengthening exercises for your lower body and core, and you'll practice a variety of poses to promote grounding (including a vata-reducing sun salutation, a standing pose series, and much more). Finish the class feeling more focused, stable, and grounded. For this class, you'll need: a meditation cushion, 2 blocks, and 2 blankets
  • Soothe, calm, and connect. Take a break from your day to feel the movement of your breath in your body. In this grounding practice, Corina gently guides you through child’s pose and half butterfly variations, nadi shodhana (alternate nostril breathing), and a sweet, affirming savasana.
  • Join Beth for a class designed to help alleviate the symptoms of seasonal depression. This is not a traditional yoga sequence, but rather an introduction to techniques you use to return to a sense of childlike delight. Incorporate any or all of these methods into your practice today. May they serve you well.
  • Does your energy and attention waver in the afternoon? Join Kathryn Templeton as she leads you through an ayurvedic fall practice designed to help you feel grounded and focused. You’ll practice pranayama, standing balance, inversions, and more. Give this class a try and see if you feel more grounded and centered.
  • Join Kat for a challenging 60-minute core-focused vinyasa practice to build heat! This class features creative plank variations (like knee to chest, knee to armpit, and knee to elbow!), vinyasa flows galore, power chair, options for "jump-backs," warrior III, half boat, and much more.
Section 2
  • Welcome the change of seasons with this guided meditation designed to calm your mind and give you emotional perspective. You’ll explore the mantra “May all the seasons be welcome here” to discover the teachings of each one. Enjoy this heartfelt practice.
