What to Expect:
The Yoga to Brighten Your Day Challenge is a 21-day journey designed to fit easily into your daily routine, helping you move with joy, build strength, and develop a consistent daily yoga habit—so you can feel more vibrant and at home in your body.
You’ll start with short, effective 15–20 minute practices to build momentum, then progress midway through to energizing 30-minute flows that will continue to deepen your connection to breath and movement. Each week also features a restorative yin yoga session to balance the more active classes and offer a full-body yoga refresh.
Throughout the challenge, you'll explore heart and hip openers, postural support, and energizing yoga sequences that boost mood, increase flexibility, and support physical ease and mental clarity.
