Luminous Mind Meditation

A five-step meditation to help you feel the subtle movement of prana (vital energy) within. Begin seated with diaphragmatic breathing, followed by a body scan to release tension. After that, move toward greater breath awareness with an invitation to use a simple mantra (so ham) in two different ways to explore the luminosity of mind that resides within.
