Awakening the Mind: Long Version

Awaken your mind with this practice. Explore the flow of your breath between your navel center and your forehead and then between your nostrils and your forehead. Once you’ve established a rhythm, you’ll be encouraged to sense your breath as an energetic pulsation designed to deepen your powers of perception. Enjoy this gradual experience of awakening.
