Take a break to clear the clutter with bhramari (buzzing breath). You’ll inhale as you normally would, then make a humming sound as you exhale, feeling the gentle reverberation through your brain. Repeat this breathing pattern a few times to let go of tension and re-enter your day with a fresh outlook.
