Breathing for Mental Focus

This practice is great for those days when you’re feeling scattered. You’ll do two techniques that, when explored together, can stimulate mental focus: shanmukhi mudra (a yogic hand gesture) and bhramari breathing (bumblebee breath). Do this practice several times, then sit quietly to observe how you feel afterward.
