Class Description

Unwind from a busy mind in this seated evening class. 

You’ll begin with a centering practice. After that, you’ll do a calming brahmari (humming breath) with a variation of yoni mudra that enhances the grounding experience. Then, you’ll transition into a peaceful “still lake of the mind” meditation. 

If you don’t have a bolster, you can use extra blankets or a cushion for this practice.
