Breathwork and Meditation to Calm the Nervous System

Unwind from a busy mind in this seated evening class. Begin with a centering practice, then do a calming brahmari (humming breath) with a variation of yoni mudra (hand gesture) that enhances the grounding experience. Close with a peaceful “still lake of the mind” meditation.
