This practice focuses on two of the five stages of grief: anger and bargaining. Anger is a normal outward reaction to the inner intensity of the sadness we feel during this time. Bargaining is when we believe there may have been something we could have done differently to prevent our loved one from dying. Both of these painful experiences are softened through acceptance.
In this guided meditation, Shari shows you how to use your breath to create space for these feelings so that you can find support through your practice right now.
