Grounding Meditation for Pregnancy

If you’re feeling uneasy and anxious in your pregnancy, try this grounding meditation where you’ll release any stresses you may be holding onto through breathwork and self-inquiry. You can do this practice seated or lying down. (But if you’re lying down and you’re more than four months pregnant, be sure to support your head and upper back with a pillow.)
