Let the Mantra Fill Your Mind

Let go of all distracting thoughts and allow the sound of either your personal mantra or "so ham" mantra to continually flow into this space to fill you with contentment. Start with tips on how to sit comfortably and then move through a breath awareness practice with awareness to the center of the brows, the inner space between the nostrils, and the crown of the head.
