Listening Meditation

Train yourself to relax, and to be more open and receptive.

In this guided meditation, you’ll tune in to sound, sensation, and thought, and notice (as Jillian puts it) the “bigger space” in which everything arises and dissolves.

To get the most out of this experience, you may want to practice outside or anywhere where there’s ambient noise.
