Lying Down Pranayama

A sweet relaxation class to practice after asana or on its own. Lie down with your legs up the wall (or put your legs on a chair if that’s preferable) and do a few rounds of calming viloma breath. At the end of the practice, you can do another round of viloma on your own or rest quietly for as long as you like.
