Relaxation for Insomnia (Do This in Bed)

Can’t sleep? Stay in bed and be guided through a body scan followed by a systematic contraction/release practice. Note the difference between feelings of effort and relaxation as you gradually let go of tension. Repeat the practice as many times as you need to until you fall asleep.
