Whole Body Stillness and Relaxation

Lie down in savasana to cultivate stillness in the body and breath. By bringing awareness to and then releasing tension from specific areas of the body, you can begin to enjoy the rhythmical ease that can occur when you systematically relax your muscles while lying down.
