Tension-Releasing Guided Relaxation

In this progressive body scan, you’ll bring your awareness to the connection between your body and the surface you’re lying on—bed, floor, or mat. You’ll begin with your heels and then move your way up to the back of your head, adding a tension-releasing visualization as you go.

Once the guided practice is over, rest in spacious awareness as long as you like.
