The Microcosmic Orbit Breath Awareness Practice

Observe how your body moves in response to your breath in this short but sweet class. You’ll tune into the circular flow of your breathing as you visualize your inhale traveling up the back of your body and your exhales traveling down the front of your body.

Do this practice before you meditate, or anytime you like, and see how you feel afterward.
