Working With Color to Cope With Chronic Pain: Yoga Nidra

In this inner resource practice designed to help you address chronic pain, you’ll assign colors (or “mists”) to your breathing pattern, noting sensations, emotions, and thoughts that arise along the way. You’ll then be invited to connect with a sense of spaciousness that is untouched by all that’s coming and going in your life.

You can do this practice seated, lying down, or standing.
