In this yoga nidra, you’ll explore working with the emotions that result from loss or other challenging circumstances. Stephanie guides you to feel an emotion and its opposite (a practice that can reveal deeper layers of emotion and help you build resilience). And, throughout the practice, you’ll be invited to tap into your inner resource of unchanging being and well-being.

You can do this practice seated, lying down, or standing.
