Yoga and Diabetes: The Still Point Meditation

Cultivate inner stillness with this guided breath-centric meditation designed for people with type 1 diabetes. The pranayama practices you’ll explore during this experience are nadi shodhanam (alternate nostril breathing) and sitali (cooling breath).

This meditation can be done on its own or after any of Evan’s other Yoga for Diabetes classes.
