Become aware of your breath as you feel the whole body soften and release tension. Once tension has softened and breath is relaxed invite feelings of gratitude and thankfulness to plant a Sankalpa (intention) that you would like to achieve in the next 6-18 months. Then, systematically relax through the entire body and visualize the mind and soul resting within the cave of your own heart.
