Carole’s focus is on helping others achieve mental, physical and emotional health through Yoga and Mindfulness. She’s been practicing Mindfulness since 5th grade, practicing Asana since 1995, and teaching since 1995.Yoga has been a consistent anchor in Carole’s life for almost 30 years.
