Om Thrive was formed by Day Bibb in 2018. The idea for Om Thrive came from Day’s personal experience of coping with health problems resulting from physical and emotional trauma. She was also experiencing physical and mental symptoms of PTSD as a result of domestic violence. The symptoms included exhaustion, headaches, chest tightness, insomnia, and intense back spasms.
