After 7 years as the director of the Gentle Yoga Program at Yoga Union CWC in SE Portland, Oregon, Kate is now based in Clark County Washington and she guides weekly Gentle Yoga Classes at the Battle Ground and Hockinson Community Centers. She also offers live-stream Sit or Stand Chair-Based Yoga classes for students who choose not to drive.
