About Loren
Loren Crawford, ParaYoga Level II Cerfitied, E-RYT500, and director of Loren Crawford Yoga in Ottawa, Canada, is a dedicated student and teacher of yoga and is a Certified Ayurveda Practitioner. He discovered Yogarupa Rod Stryker at the Toronto Yoga Conference in 2006 and knew immediately that he’d found his teacher and his spiritual home at the Himalayan Institute.
