Prenatal yoga classes are specifically tailored to support pregnant bodies: to help you keep your practice safe and sustainable throughout all trimesters, build strength and stability, reduce stress, and alleviate common discomforts. Postnatal classes are designed to help you ease back into yoga after pregnancy. These classes typically include practices to help you reconnect with and stabilize your core; restore strength and balance; and relieve the neck, shoulders, and other areas where new parents commonly experience tension.
