When a student walks into your class, you have an opportunity to help them begin to undo the stresses of life that are held in the body.  Don't just teach and cue to the alignment of the physical body, look deeper.  The body is a reflection of the state of the mind and emotions.  Learn to structure your class in a way that helps students unfold, strengthen, and facilitate healing.
