Pelvic Work

Do you feel exhausted by your giving? Or have difficulty opening up or trusting? Access, activate, and strengthen the pelvic and abdominal areas in this pelvic work class. It’s in this area that we store our shadow emotions—blame, shame, betrayal, loss, and fear. Let the breath begin to heal the tissues and issues here. This area is an important part of the subtle anatomy because it contains that very subtle prana that allows you to let go and detoxify physically, emotionally, and psychically.
