Bringing the breath to tight and congested areas of the body softens and releases those areas. This requires some sensitivity to the breath. As a teacher, how can you learn to see and feel where a student is not breathing, and how can you help your students to become sensitive to their breath? This short, hands-on practice with a partner will train you to do both. You might want to start by practicing with a friend or fellow teacher.
