Have you ever wondered what other people are experiencing in their yoga practices? The Yoga Anatomy Research Project is gathering real data on yoga-related injuries and healing experiences so that we—the yoga community as a whole—can approach the conversation about yoga and injury from a scientifically informed place.
We're inviting you to share your experiences of asana practice (both good and bad) by taking a quick 20-minute anonymous survey. The results of this survey will lead to articles and papers that will be shared widely with the yoga community. Most importantly, it will provide real-world context for yoga asana, both in what it has to offer and how it's practiced today. Take the survey.
