Dr. Carrie explains how doing four things can bring your blood pressure down and keep it low: reducing your stress level, especially through learning deep, slow, and even breathing; eating good, whole foods that contain essential minerals needed to regulate blood pressure; getting at least 15-20 minutes of exercise a day; and learning to meditate.
