World Oceans Day Pranayama and Meditation

June 6, 2016    BY Sierra Hollister
This World Oceans Day, we invite you to join us for a breath-centered practice: sitali pranayama (cooling breath).

Sierra prefaces this 10-minute all-levels practice with a guided visualization, and concludes by inviting us to ask ourselves a simple, yet profound question: How do our individual actions affect the health of the ocean and the planet?

Join us in service and gratitude.

Audio and video downloads are available for Digital Members.
